Crushing and Grinding Equipment
The reducer drives equipment such as crushers and ball mills, and adapts to the processing needs of different hardness ores by accurately adjusting the output speed and torque. Intelligent reducers can adjust parameters in real time, buffer overload stress, and prevent equipment damage.
Typical model: Hard tooth surface reducer (such as ZLY280 series), with a tooth surface hardness of HRC54-62, supporting high impact working conditions.
Material conveying system
Used for elevators, belt conveyors, etc., it needs to have high load-bearing capacity and self-locking function. For example, worm gear reducers (such as NMRV63) provide high torque (up to 2379 Nm) to ensure anti reversal of slope conveying.

Safety requirements: Belt conveyors must be equipped with tear proof, belt breakage protection, and emergency braking devices


二、 Application of metallurgical equipment
Smelting and Forming Equipment
In rolling mills, metallurgical furnaces, and continuous casting machines, reducers provide low-speed high torque power. The three ring hard tooth surface reduction motor (SHC600-13) adopts a three drive ring plate design, with a large transmission ratio, overload resistance, and adaptability to high-temperature dust environments.
Special model for cold bed: It needs to be resistant to high temperatures (-40 ℃ to 45 ℃), corrosion-resistant, and ensure the smooth operation of the metal cooling conveyor belt.
Auxiliary transmission system

Lifting machinery (such as metallurgical cranes) adopts cycloidal pinwheel reducers (XWD2-15/BWD6 series), which have a compact structure and achieve efficient deceleration through cycloidal pinwheel meshing.
