During the period of 2013-2015, the company introduced a large number of high-end imported precision gear machining and machining equipment, including American Haas gear hobbing machine, Japanese Mitsubishi gear hobbing machine, Japanese Casifugi gear hobbing machine, Japanese KPS cyclone milling and other machining equipment. The constant temperature dust-free assembly workshop and constant temperature precision machining workshop were successively put into use. All product lines are complete. While upgrading planetary reducer products, the factory adheres to R&D innovation as the direction of enterprise development, and has successively developed and launched reducers suitable for different installation and output needs of automation (90 degree precision right angle reducer), multi joint robot industry reducers (RV high-precision swing cable needle wheel reducer), and non-standard customized reducers. The products are widely used in tool machines (gantry machine tools), laser cutting machines, woodworking carving machines, 3C automation, photovoltaic equipment, lithium batteries and other new energy equipment leading to alkali, fully servo paper towel machinery, precision gravure printing machines, precision coating machines, servo pipe bending machines, CNC spring machines and other highly automated equipment.
