The basic requirements for CAD drafters mainly include three aspects: professional skills, software operation ability, and industry experience:


Professional Skills

Need to master the operation of drawing software such as AutoCAD, have basic knowledge of drawing, be familiar with projection methods, use of drawing instruments, and construction drawing standards.  ‌


Software skills

Proficient in operating AutoCAD and related 3D modeling software (such as SolidWorks), with the ability to draw, modify, and deepen design drawings. Some positions require proficiency in using tools such as Tianzheng and 3Dmax.  ‌


industry experience

Relevant industry experience (such as architectural design, mechanical design) or project experience (such as weak current intelligent projects) is an additional item, and some positions require at least 1 year of work experience.  ‌


Other qualities
Must have a sense of responsibility, communication skills, and learning ability. Some positions require adaptation to flexible working hours and teamwork.
