一、 The structural principle of planetary gearbox:
A closed-loop system is formed by driving the sun gear with a servo motor, and then driving the planetary gear and inner ring gear to form a planetary gearbox.
1. Planetary reducers have the characteristics of high efficiency, environmental protection and energy saving, stable and quiet operation, and high precision.
2. Generally, planetary gearboxes are connected to controlled motors such as servo motors and stepper motors to achieve precise control. They are also known as servo gearboxes in the industry
3. Why do servo motors and stepper motors generally need planetary gearboxes? Because the rated speed of servo motors usually reaches 3000rpm, and the rated torque is relatively small
For such speeds, they are commonly used in most applications, so a gearbox is needed to reduce the output speed and increase the output force at the output end.
This type of application is used in equipment automation equipment, servo die-cutting machines, solar photovoltaics, CNC winding machines, gantry machine trusses, ground rail robots, AGV logistics carts, and woodworking CNC machine tools.

二、 Selection of planetary gearbox:
1. The internal reduction ratio of the gearbox is the core of the transmission part. It is usually recommended to choose speed ratios of 4, 5, and 7 for a single section as much as possible
2. For double sections, try to choose speed ratios of 16, 20, 25, 35, 40, 50, and 70
3. The above reduction ratios are summarized from our industry experience, and their performance, accuracy, and stability are relatively excellent.
