As the main transmission mechanism of mechanical equipment, reducers are widely accepted and applied by people. In order to better meet the needs of various mechanical equipment, gearbox manufacturers have developed gearbox models and made certain improvements to parameters such as gearbox speed ratios, so that they can better meet the needs of different types of mechanical equipment. Planetary reducer is a new type of reducer, and its unique component is the planetary axle system, which is mainly composed of planetary gears, short cylindrical rollers, spacer rings, gear rings, and planetary shafts. In the process of designing this bearing, we need to consider some important factors, including the following:
1、 Structure: Short cylindrical rollers are installed between the gear bore and the shaft. There are retainers between the short cylindrical rollers arranged on the circumference, and there are multiple rows of short cylindrical rollers in the axial direction. Aluminum bronze spacers are provided between rows to prevent interference in the movement between rows.
2、 Lubrication: Good lubrication can reduce friction, lower heat generation, enable the gear bearings in planetary gearboxes to operate normally, and extend their service life.
3、 Accuracy: Due to the fact that the inner bore of the planetary gear serves as the outer raceway of the bearing, and the surface of the planetary shaft serves as the inner raceway of the bearing, high requirements are placed on the shape accuracy, dimensional accuracy, and surface roughness of the planetary gear inner bore and shaft, all of which are considered according to the accuracy standards of rolling bearings. In addition, the provision of dimensional tolerances should not only refer to the recommended values of the reference standards, but also consider the dimensional accuracy of related components such as short cylindrical rollers, spacer rings, and retaining rings, and be determined through calculation. It is also necessary to meet the requirements for axial and radial clearance of roller bearings in the rolling bearing standards.
4、 Materials and Heat Treatment: The planetary gears and shaft surfaces in contact with short cylindrical rollers in the bearings of this reducer not only have high machining quality, but also high heat treatment hardness. At the same time, in order to meet the high strength requirements of gears and shafts, high-strength carburizing and quenching steel is usually used when selecting materials.
